Ingredients (one per line):
1 large Cucumber 2 teaspoon gochugaru or pepper fakes 1/4 cup onion 1 green onion 2 garlic cloves 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 teaspoons sesame oil 2 teaspoons sesame seeds 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Instructions:
Prep Cut Cucumber in half then in smaller pieces Cut Onions thinly sliced and add to bowl Cut up green onions and add to bowl Smash and cut up garlic add to bowl Add Soy Sauce to bowl Add Gochugaru or Pepper Fakes Add Sesame Oil Add Sesame Seeds Add Sugar (optional) Mix everything up well let sit for at least 30 mins. (24 hours for best taste)
