Ingredients (one per line):
1 lb Mussels 1 cup Japanese mayonnaise (e.g., Kewpie) or any mayonnaise you have on hand 2 tbsp Sriracha 1/2 tbsp Sugar 2 tbsp Masago (fish roe) Chopped Green onions
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Sriracha, sugar, masago, and chopped green onions. Stir until well blended. Arrange the mussels on a baking sheet. Spoon the sauce mixture evenly over each mussel. Bake for 10–15 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and caramelized. Let the mussels cool slightly, then garnish with additional masago and chopped green onions.
