Ingredients (one per line):
2 cups grated cheese (cheddar works great) 1 tbsp unsalted butter (softened) 1 tbsp mayonnaise A few drops of pepper sauce (to taste)
Instructions:
Grate the cheese if not already done. Use the fine side of a grater for a smoother texture. Combine all ingredients — grated cheese, butter, mayonnaise, and pepper sauce — in a mixing bowl. Blend into a paste using a food processor or by mashing with a fork until smooth and spreadable. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed — add more pepper sauce for extra heat.
