Grill Squid

Ingredients

1 Squid

1 tbsp Ginger

3 cloves Garlic

1 lime

4 tbsp Soy sauce

2 tbsp Oyster sauce

1 tbsp Sugar

1 tbsp Oil

1 tbsp ketchup

Instructions

Wash and clean Squid clean with Salt

Put in Bowl an Add Ginger, Garlic, lime,Soy sauce, Oyster sauce and Sugar
mix well and let sit for 15mins

In another bowl add Oil & Ketchup

While grilling add the oil & ketchup mix to keep it from drying up.(7mins)

Bowl Marinade mixture until cooked

Add mixture to plated Squid.
