2- Lobster Tails 1/2 Stick Butter 2-3 Cloves of Garlic Salt Pepper Garlic powder Onion powder Smoked Paprika 1/4 cup Parsley 1/2 Lemon Zest 1-2 tsp Lemon Juice Parsley Slap your mama Cocktail Sauce: 1/2 cup Ketchup 2-3 tbsps Horseradish 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce few dashes of hot sauce 1 Pinch of sugar 1 tsp Lemon juice
Instructions:
-Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder in a bowl. -Cut up the parsley. -Grate garlic -Make lemon zest -Squeeze lemon juice Cook: Sauce. Heat up pan when hot turn to medium heat add Butter, grated Garlic, Parsley, and Slap your mama mix up well let cook for a min then add lemon zest and lemon juice mix up well let cook for 2-3 mins. Lobsters Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Using kitchen scissors, cut down the back of each lobster tail until right before you reach the tail. Use your fingers to dislodge the meat from the shell and set the meat on top of the shell. Season Lobster on top and bottom with the mixture of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder then add Smoked Paprika on top then place on baking sheet and into the oven for 10 mins. After 10 mins remove from oven and brush the Sauce on the lobster tail and place in the oven on broil for 3-4 minutes or until evenly golden brown.
