Instructions

Mix the beef, oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder salt, and pepper.

Shape the burger patties. Make 1/2-inch-thick patties. Make a thumb print in the center of each patty.

Grill or pan fry. Preheat your grill over medium-high heat. If you’re using the stovetop, preheat a cast iron skillet or grill pan on the stove.
Cook burgers until browned on the bottom.

For Sauce
Step 1: Combine the Ingredients
In a small mixing bowl, add:
Mayonnaise
Sweet pickle relish
Ketchup
Dijon mustard
Montreal steak seasoning
Smoked paprika
Worcestershire sauce

Step 2: Mix Until Smooth

Stir everything together until the sauce is smooth, creamy, and evenly mixed.
The final color should be a creamy orange-pink.
